Gallup Principal Insight™ Interview

We believe that principals are crucial to teacher and student success, and we are committed to placing principals in positions where they, teachers and students will be most successful.  As an initial part of our process, we would like you to take a web-based assessment designed by The Gallup Organization.  The assessment comes from research conducted with principals viewed as most successful.

* Principal Insight will require approximately 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted time.
* You can access the web-site using the URL below as a hot link or entering the URL from a web browser.  
* You will be asked to give the Access Code provided below as the means for identifying yourself in the system.
* Principal Insight consists of multiple choice, Likert scale items (responses on a one-to-five scale) and open-ended items in which you write your response.
* Specific instructions are contained within the Principal Insight.
* Following completion of the assessment, Gallup will forward us the results; we will then share the results with the applicable candidate selection committee of the campus/department.
